Kincardine Community Hospital serves the health needs of the local population, operating in partnership with Care UK, a private healthcare provider.

The NHS has ownership of the inpatient GP Acute ward and outpatient areas within the hospital. Care UK own and provide the Mowat Court care home facility on the site.

The hospital is supported by GPs from Stonehaven, Laurencekirk, Portlethen, Inverbervie and Auchenblae Medical Practices.
