We are a sea kayaking, river kayaking and open canoeing club. During the summer months (May to September), the club meets for sea kayaking trips at Stonehaven Harbour. We have several sea kayaks that members can hire including one double sea-kayak. When conditions are reasonable, you can explore the coastline and see the nesting sea birds and, occasionally, the seals and the dolphins that patrol the coast. During poor weather conditions, the harbour is generally still sheltered enough to provide a safe area for practising rolls, deep water rescues, Eskimo rescues and paddling strokes.

The club also has a number of river boats and trips are often run to local rivers such as the Dee or North Esk and sometimes to the Tummel, Findhorn or Spey.

We run pool sessions for members from the middle of January until the end of April.

We are a friendly group of people who support and encourage members to progress.
